Quick fixes

The meter isn't tracking distance
Meterline needs location access. Open Settings → Meterline → Location and choose Always (or at least While Using) with Precise Location on. For metering with the screen off, "Always" is recommended.
My Pro purchase didn't unlock
On the paywall, tap Restore purchases while signed in with the Apple ID you bought it on. If it still doesn't appear, make sure you're using the same Apple ID and reach out via contact.
My trips didn't appear on my new phone
Trips sync to your Meterline account. Sign in with the same email on the new device and they'll restore automatically once you're online.
